Our Process
At Lucky Luxury Travel we have relationships with global travel suppliers via our affilation with The Travel Edge Network to craft personalized trip itineraries tailored to your individual budget, preferences, and passions. Our approach is both personalized and adaptable, encapsulated in our seven step process.
1. Discover
Send us an email using our Planning Form and we will get back to you to schedule a Discovery Call. The purpose of this call is to get to know you a better and to understand exacly what you're looking to get out of your travel experience. This will also give you an opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.
2. Create
Upon payment of the Service Fee, (if they apply to you) we will collaborate with our travel partners to develop a travel plan and quote. The details will encompass all the aspect of your desired trip that would have been covered in the Discovery Call - including all accomodations, flights, transfers, rental cars, accommodations, tours, actvities, etc.
3. Review & Refine
We will provide you with a proposal based on what you are looking for. If, after reviewing the proposal, you wish to make amendments or modifications, this is where we would do so to ensure you are satisfied with the itinerary before finalizing it
4. Finalize & Book
After you have given us the green light, we will confirm all your reservations, process deposits and oversee payment schedules.
5. Support & Sendoff
After you have booked, we will still be available for any questions or support, and will keep you posted with any supplier updates that come up.
6. During Trip Service
While you are out enjoying your trip, we'll be checking in with our suppliers in the background to ensure they are delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards, guaranteeing a seamless and worry-free experience for you.
7. Post Trip Feedback
Once you've returned we'd love to hear all about your trip. The wins as well as the losses - this helps us understand what we are doing well and what we need to improve on.
